The building is brand new, the staff are friendly and the inside is super clean. They have an electronic kiosk for checking in and getting your line number. There are two main windows in lobby for most of the business and then they have additional windows a short walk from the lobby for more detailed assistance.nnThere are two water fountains and bathrooms for men and women. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Parking is limited in front of the building, but there are additional parking spots on the side facing the church.nnSmoking area is protected bear the front doors.
    Welcome Back
Very Unprofessional Local Office Staff . I sent them my original birth certificate of me and my son to get his SSN( Card ) last name changed . It was verified by certified mail that they had received by sign signature By Mrs. Dyson . I called muti times to see if they had received it , I was getting the run around until the 3rd week saying they got it and sent it back to me without going through certified mail . So I waited 2 more weeks to see if it came in but I didn't . I called back at their office , Mrs. Joyner said they had misplaced that I had to pay for another one for their mistake of losing my important documents and my son's . I don't recommend this local office to anyone . Very Unprofessional

There should be a sign saying no children allowed. My 2 year old was not being that loud and I got kicked out after waiting 20 mins or more because I couldnt keep her quiet. I think by quiet they mean not make any sound at all even breathing. We will never go here again. The man in the front is so rude. People have kids and it was difficult to even get the time to go to the office. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Dont go here if you have kids or babies, they will only kick you out, go to another town.
