Personally I would like to start off by saying customer service is horrible I spoke with two representatives first they did not know how to defuse the situation they did not try to give me a resolution to my current situation and they also hung up in my face so I called again but thatu2019s when I spoke with Miss Phillips she was pleasant she was very understanding she was everything that a customer service person could ask for and I would not have made it through that day if she had not help my situation I recommend everyone if you need to do anything there speak with Miss Phillips ask for her I Did send her a card to show my gratitude and appreciation because she was so cautious and understanding and she came up with a resolution to help me and I was so thankful so the best worker that on Harding Boulevard is Miss Phillips no other

I will be drawing my social security starting the first of the year 2022. Just wanted to express my appreciation to Vincent for explaining what I will need to do and how the amount of my check is determined. Iu2019ve worked in the private sector and for a school system and the state so itu2019s calculated differently. He was not only very knowledgeable in this situation but very patient and kind!! Thank you Vincent in this time of so many difficulties in our lives to have to deal with, making this experience today a smooth, relaxing (not stressful) and productive phone call.

I called today to get some direction regarding an issue with my moms social security payments. After a brief time on hold my call was answered by Vincent. He was the most helpful and polite young man. He took time to explain everything we need to do to get things corrected for my mother and answered all of my questions since I know nothing about this process. Easy and efficient, Thank you Vincent!!

I called twice, the second time I waited over 15 minutes. No sound or answering service at all, just silence. I really don't like their service at all. They told me one time over the phone for telephone conference, and a different time by text. I guess I'll stay by the phone and not miss a call

Case had been determined for 2 weeks now. Twice I've been told funds would be rrleasef. Still nothing. Although the agent was polite

The staff itself are pretty good workers. The security guards that they have employed, on the other hand are rude and nasty. Iu2019m sure they can contract a much better company. Once you have interacted with such nasty attitudes for up to 45 mins. your whole demeanor changes when you reach the S.S.A. workers, and Iu2019m sure itu2019s not on purpose. I really dislike the Harding Blvd location.

The employees my husband has had to deal with in regards to attaining a social security card at this location have proven to be completely inept. Not only have they given him incorrect information repeatedly, they are unknowledgeable and make no effort to solve an issue that is their responsibility. What should have taken a week has taken over a month and we are no closer now than when we began the process. Itu2019s a shame there is not one person at that office who has been able to help my husband attain his social security card. We are continuously given inaccurate information with each new conversation. As a taxpayer, we deserve better service, better trained employees and an office that represents this state in a better light. Their lack of professionalism and training is a complete embarrassment.

Horrible attitudes. Unwilling to help. Refused to give my wife of 27 years a replacement card. Why armed guards? Maybe because they are butt heads?

Wasted our time trying to resolve a problem related to a direct deposit SS distribution payment. It's been 6 months now and counting, still no action on SS's part.
