So much for friendly service at the Danville, Ky Social Security office, I callednthis morning to make an appointment and was told it would be handled over the phone not in person when I asked if couldn't talked to someone in person at this office or any of the offices she said no and as I was asking another question she hung up on me. Thanks alot for your help not....

After waiting several minutes for an appointment, my number was showing on the monitor but I wasn't called. When there were no other customers, I asked the lady at the window if I could ask her a question. She said to take a number and wait my turn, because that's what we do here.I told her the number is what I have a question about because it shows on the screen as being served. She said to not pay attention to the screen, they will let me know when they're ready to talk to me. This lady was so rude! I don't know her name, but she's older with short blonde spiked hair. Some people just aren't cut out to be working in positions that deal with the public!
