When calling this office they are absolutely ud83dudcaf the rudest self centered people I have ever spoken too. I was hung up on 3 times today and the other time the man was just a arrogant punk. I don't understand how these people hold down positions when they just clearly don't help people. I asked to speak to a supervisor and spent 5 min arguing with the representative trying to get one on the phone. Beyond frustrated with this place considering they are always losing information and requesting it over and over.

I always feel like I am not welcome and I feel judged and some not all of the people who work there act like they are paying for your benefits out of their pocket! I worked as much as I could and cant help the way my life is I do the best I can and all my family dad, uncle's,brothers, boyfriend's lives was cut short from working in the coal mines and dying from black lung and heartattacks. I feel like they paid enough taxes in and the social security checks that was cut off from death covers me. Where is the kindness and compassion for those with PTSD and pretty much crippled at 42 from spine diseases and over desease I have a fatty liver it's attacking my liver. I just don't understand the world today.

This might be the slowest moving office on planet earth. 4 windows but only 1 or 2 are available to assist people. The workers move like sloths that have been injected with a strong dose of anesthesia. Also there needs to be someone in the lobby to educate elderly people how to use the internet so they can avoid holding up lines with something they could easily accomplish on their own via the Internet.

What I noticed most about it was how clean it was! It was also very easy to understand the process of getting a number. The security guard on duty was really nice, too.

Lines are to long the help is hateful, and expects you to do all the leg work when they work for the government.

This place reminds me of Wal-Mart. 30 check out lanes & 1 person running the show at a snails pace.
