Just plain awful, give you wrong information to keep you waiting and biting ur nails even longer. Their really unprofessional also hang up on you if they don't feel like doing their job. It's no wonder Kansans always complain because these government agencies give us something to complain about. It would be very helpful to get timely help in a urgent manner.

Terrible service, phone always busy. I applied for SS 3 months ago and no reply.
    Brionna McReynolds
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Want people to be caring of their policies and what they have going on in the office but do not care about others and their lives. Does not communicate well at all, constantly gives incorrect information. Just over these people nonsense. Tired of dealing with them. They have my Drivers License but sent everything back except that when I need my driveru2019s license to handle other personal business. At this point just shut the office down since nobody in there likes doing there job always have an attitude or smart remarks when people are being calm with them.

A perfect example of why people hate dealing with the government. These folks seem to go out of their way to make everything as difficult, complicated, and time-consuming as possible. From the overly-intrusive security checkpoint to not taking appointments for people who just need to drop off documents to refusing to accept documentation the agent handling my case said was perfectly okay, this place is a nightmare. Go elsewhere if at all possible. I'll drive the extra distance to go elsewhere next time I need something. SSA has some great, helpful employees but none of them appear to work here.

let the world know that they did not give me my replacement social security card Someone has to find out about the fraud you do not do a good job and do not even serve the people who need from you should ask to resign and have new workers with better Attentions And better understanding I do not understand how I send a second time an application for a replacement social security card and both were denied (I am a political asylee, understand political asylee) damn

Government offices do what they want, when they want and there is rarely anything to be done about it. The workers don't care if they help you or not. It's just a job to them. Not all, but most.

Security folks really making me take off everything and then on top of it they want the two babies out of there carriers and me hold them thru? Like really? TSA ain't even this bad. Rentacops are power tripping

I went into the office in August to restart my disability claim, I just moved to Kansas. Mr. Lance was assisting me and he flat out called me a fraud. I was discharged from the military in 2006 for an eye disease and have been off and on SSD since then (I'm legally blind). My paperwork was denied and I submitted an appeal with a different representative, Dawnielle, on Nov 1st, I have been trying to check the status of my claim since then and my paperwork is no where to be found. This is the first office that has given me so much grief and trouble. Its hard when you have a disability that seems unnoticeable to man but when you go to an office that is suppose to be there to help you and you get the runaround instead is even harder!
