I called over and over, one time a guy answered and was helpful, I have waited 2 full months for benefits, I fully qualified.nNow there is no intent to answer the phone and when u get a message either they don't answer or they hang up on you.nUPDATEnAfter driving 60 miles round trip, and talking to guy at front desk and filing a formal complaint they finally approved same day! WOW. So I guess if u stomp hard they pay better attention

SHE OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME. I called to ask for a status update on my application (which I'd completed online, since these offices won't open to the public). The woman would only say it was in process- which I already knew- but she had no other information and couldn't be of any further help. THIS IS A LIE.nnThe Ft. Dodge office absolutely has the ability to process online claims-- don't let them tell you differently. Get the person's name, first thing, and don't take no for an answer.
