Due to COVID, I was required to mail in original documents to receive a new ss card. The office mailed me back someone else's marriage license and completely lost/misplaced or sent my personal documents (marriage license, driver's license, passport, and birth certificate) to another person. It has taken me over 3 months to replace all of these documents.

Big surprise- they couldn't help me with what I needed (new social security cards for my adopted kids) even though I had the paperwork right outside their doorv during business hours. They said do everything online and mail in the paperwork, and there was no drop box outside for people to use. I'm sure a lot of this is useless government red tape, but I really wish that they would do whatever they could to help us locally.

I think all workers should be back in their work place to give one on one assistance to the ones who pay their wages. Online is confusing. Just one citizens opinion

Rude!!! Very unkind. Most rude, inconsiderate ppl I've ever met.nExpected my mother to know what she was talking about, instead ofkindlytaking the time tohelpher understand. She made us feel like we were such a big bother to her.nAnd just my opinion, take away the security guards at each facility and place them at the front doors of ALL our schools......where they are clearly needed more!! Hate seeing tax payers money bn wasted.
