The people does not attend the call.Am almost calling for past 10 days and no one picks up the call. There should be a place in online to fix the appointment. Totally disappointed

There's a woman there that answers the phone. She is rude accusatory... And has delusions of grandeur... She pretends to be the head of the SSI Office? I actually lost it with her and reminded herthat we were both being recorded. They need to fire this nut.

Although it's difficult to reach the Quincy office by phone due to staffing shortages, I have always found the representives there to be courteous, helpful and very efficient.

My Fiancee has been there 3 times to get a new SSI because his original was laminated and he needs to renew his license. It's been close to 2 months and all they can say is he should have gotten it by now. Ridiculous. It should bot be so difficult to get a piece of paper sent to a person. He has all the correct paperwork. They cant be bothered to look into the issue. Lazy and unhelpful.

Never witnessed such incompetence of employees - After being accepted, I've strived to find work after first being told that I could work part time without my benefits being affected. The second time I went, I was told a different story, which was that they take $1 of every $3 I make. The third time I went, I was told an entirely different story, saying I would have half my pay check taken out! We told the third lady what we've been told previously, and she basically called me a liar. Terrible service.

The white woman with the short black hair is incredibly condescending. I live between Quincy and Manchester NH and the people in Manch are way friendlier.nnLady, I don't care if this is the last job you ever wanted and you're disappointed in yourself for not becoming an astronomer or something, there's no excuse for you to use the tone you used with me or especially the nice older gentleman who was next to me last time, who I'm pretty sure was a vet.

Typical government circular website. SS does not recognize me, although I've had the same SSN since I turned 16 in 1961! Doesn't recognize my current address although I've lived here for 14 years! And does not keep me current with necessary yearly forms/notices!

Had a great experience here today. Everyone was friendly even the security guard. The line was long but the actual appointment went fast.

Number 1 there are no signs to direct to the 4th floor for the Social Security Office. 2nd if you donu2019t know or if itu2019s your 1st time you will ride the elevator to every floor until you located it. The office is tiny and cramped. The waiting area is a joke and disgusting. There is no privacy to discuss your personal business.
