    I needed to get my last name changed on my social security card. Turned it in the beginning of January, didnu2019t receive anything for a month. Called them back. They said I forgot to sign something. Okay and you couldnu2019t of called me a month ago to tell me that? You have my number! In two days I get it back and sign the thing I needed to sign. Gave them everything they needed! Still nothing in the mail and itu2019s been two weeks! Now they arenu2019t even answering phones. It says itu2019s busy or I will be on hold and get hung up on. Place is a joke!

    Office is not open. Have to call them. Refuse to come to door at this office to accept my application for Med B. Sit in car for over 20 min until office answered my call then refused tobtake my application at door. Had to mail it to them. Drop box in front was closed till following Tues. This is bunch of craped!!!!!

    This is the most unprofessional, poorly run office that I've ever encountered. The people start off a conversation rude, end it rude and still don't do their job. They need to fire everyone in there and hire people who want to work.

    Son, has been waiting on payments after his mom passed away!! Took them 3 months and are still waiting!! You can never get ahold of anyone if you call, and if you do they are VERY RUDE! They act like they are So busy and they donu2019t have time for you. Mrs. Appele was the most rudest of them all.... John is rude and sounds terrible on the phone. If you donu2019t like your job, find another one!!!

They wont even look at there computer screen to see what the problem is. They want to argue with you just so you wont call andDISTURBtheir day. VERY POOR SERVICE.     I have never been there and it not take more than 30 min! Even if I am only trying to drop off forms. There is never more than one person at the window unless they are switching out! I recommend using the online sight if at all possible.
