If I can give this place no stars I would. They act so high and mighty thinking there so same important people which there not! There just like you and me! But of course they feel that because they feel important and it went to there fat heads! There rude! Condescending! Pric$& who donu2019t know how to do there job! They cater to people of there own Which they make it so obvious! Sounds like Iu2019m just angry well sorry to break that but this happen and words that was said was pretty much insulting long story there. Anyways so if you donu2019t want to deal with people who shouldnu2019t have a job in the first place avoid these kinds of places and try your best and do everything online or by phone if must! Anyways if you want rude! People who would rather spit on you then help you! Well come on down to the social security office where everyone has a spit bucket to clear there throat before spitting again and again again at the people!ud83dudc7b

My wife just called there because abs rcvd a letter denying her social security card for a name change. The system got messed up, and that happens, and they lost one of her documents, it happens.nnThe problem is the woman on the phone. She completely unnecessarily rude and insulting to my wife who was only seeking help and unsure of how to ask for it. There is no reason to speak to someone with such disdain because you hate your life.nnThis is shameful.

Man that initially answered the phone today 1/26 could not be anymore rude. If you donu2019t want to be there then donu2019t be there sir. No need to take it out on others.

There are people that care and they work there but, you have to understand you are not the only one they help so be patient and kind and they will help you out the best they can that rules allow. After all you have to do your part and if it is not clear don't be embarrassed to ask write it down or ask for a booklet that can instruct you.nWith all that's going on with covid 19 you met want to call ahead to see if offices are open.

If in person was a bad experience with customer service, over the phone is worse. At this location the person I spoke to was rude. I asked a couple of questions and it seemed like they didn't even want to talk.

I gave a visit to this government agency location to change some of my social security information. The lady who entertained me should not be working there. She is not competent. Before I even go there I made a research to its website.nI wanted to change my citizenship. I brought along a US Passport and a US government ID. The lady told me that the documents I presented were lacking. She wanted my Naturalization Certification. I was disappointed because that meant I had to go back home to get the document she was looking for.nI did not go home but rather went to another US Social Security Admistration location. Everything went right in place. Information on my social security changed.nBottom line: some people in the government seemed less knowledgeable on what they are suppose to be doing.

This place is not open for walk-ins. Apparently every ssa branch is closed and is only taking forms and documents by mail. Huge waste of time and inconvenience

Computerized phone is horrid. Mostly men who want to get off on pretending to help people when they know that their website is still out of date and no answers from the people that need it.
