The level of incompetence at this place and their affiliates is ungodly. They cannot perform their duties of paperwork and processing in a timely or CORRECT manner. Me and my wife have been waiting MONTHS for them to correct the issues and no results other than them sending us paperwork with incorrect information. 0 stars.

Been there twice both times I was there I was in and out within 30 minutes and the workers were very friendly and helpful. From personal experience if you have to call keep in mind that calling less than 20 minutes before closing you might not be served as phone times on hold can take awhile due to late day call volume and they don't take any phone calls after closing timethey will finish helping you if you are currently being served though.

I've been told that very nice and knowledgeable people work there. I wouldn't know; I was on hold for 15 minutes without ever speaking to a person. At that point, it was time for their office to close.

Went in to get a replacement SS card, it was very quick and efficient. I was in and out of the building with in 30 min, granted there was only 1 person ahead of me. The oy thing I wish for is a number for the building itself instead of the number for all social security, that way I could ask what to bring. All I needed was my ID, I was expecting they needed more but just a driver's license from myself, it could be different for others.
