One star for the officer that was helpful over the phone. The 2nd star is for the officer processing my case smooth and quick. Third star for the doorman/security who was very polite. Time management is important for me so when I schedule an appointment and I'm on time I expect the same from the office. The doors should not be closed. I had to bang on the door until someone let me in.

Received a letter to come in for an appointment and took forever to even get into the building because of covid policies which aren't even clear and its been 2 years of this by now. Then get told the letter is wrong and was supposed to be a phone appointment but never got a call at the time either. Also when trying to call the agent listed they don't answer. This is dance around is just pathetic from the ssa and people in charge need to be held accountable for wasting everyone's time.

Very quick. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Clean facility. The security man helped me to park by directing to the empty spot available and also helped me to complete a ticket issuance process inside the building. A very nice experience with Social Security.

I have spoken with three different people from that facility and every single person has been professional, friendly and courteous. I have never in my life experienced such satisfaction from a government agency pertaining to their excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend this facility to everyone that I know.

This office is the friendliest, most efficient government office Iu2019ve ever encountered. Every employee, from security guard to supervisor are patient and courteous.nnIu2019m helping both my elderly mom and brother at this point of life and never has this office given me the run-around, even when things have been a bit confusing and frustrating. Itu2019s refreshing to see good customer service still being given. Thank you.

On Wednesday, April 3, 2019, after I been waiting for one hour to see unprofessional and not competent social security clerks from Window B and C, I met with huge bureaucracy, because when I asked them to fix misspelling in my first name that was made by SSA, they told me to bring my citizen certificate as a prove of my name, while I brought 3 pieces of state ID and Passport which is more than enough to change your name. According to the SSA site, to change your name you should provide passport and one piece of ID. I told them that Passport made only on basic documents such as citizen or birth certificates, but they still request for certificate. Thus, my question is! How long this country will keep such bureaucratic employees on important government places??? Thank you for wasting people time!!!

I have been to this office two times. Both visits were extremely helpful to me. All of my questions were answered and explained in detail. The person I spoke to was very friendly and organized. I accomplished everything I needed to at each visit.

An abomination of a place. Extremely long wait times, misleading instructions, would not recommend at all.
    Jay Joseph
They still closed due to Covid!
    Amanda Peterson
This office is not open and has not been open since COVID started. Do not waste your time by going to this location!

Yes there is a waiting time depending on what u r coming for but they were helpful

This office continues to misplace documents or oblivate documents they call you almost a year after they lost your stubs -then tell you for $2.00 over your allowed earnings -your entire disability check will be suspended. This place holds incompetent staff -you can ask the same question and get three different answers. We just adopted a special needs child and per the recorded court documented subsidy it states the child's ssi will remain and we will be the payee -they decided other than the courts of his SSI benefits to be suspended. The order is as clear as day simple as the ink on the document and they cant comprehend it.

Thankful this place exists. Mrs. Santana was quick and professional. More social democracy is badly needed in the U.S and this office makes life less onerous.

The website says the store is open but it is not bad experience with them nothing is open

Was in and out with no problem. Don't know if it had something to do with going on a Tuesday or not, but nevertheless, I was pleased. The person who I saw was truly courteous.
    Peter Higgins
There's a minimum wait for the services rendered Is10 minutes. Some of the stories from the clients are ridiculous. A woman tried to claim a guinea pig as a dependent and a man claimed he was Yakov Smirnoff.
