1 is the lowest but I really want to put 0/5.nI tried to call this place today to get an appointment. I have to get home early and cut some of my hours since I cannot call them at work because 1. IVR is so sensitive it routes me to other departments when it hears any sound, and 2. I knew they will be asking pertinent information so I want to have some privacy when I give it out. When I called them, it was 03::49pm, a lady answered and took all my information and I was just asking for an appointment schedule, she got everything and after that she told me she will put me on hold since she need to check the calendar! I knew she will hung up on me since itu2019s almost time to go home, but I still waited. 4:06pm, she put down the phone on me!!!! What a great service! They need to know the value of each call.

Mr. Jones returned my call within a very reasonable amount of time,. He listened to my questions and was able to very quickly answer my question and concerns. He even told me that when I was making my appointment for later this year I could ask for him to help me. He was very likeable and down to earth and really wanted to help. He is a KEEPER!!!!!
