Nobody in this office seems like they have any type of knowledge of their job, they are extremely rude and short when asking for any assistance. The ONLY government building still closed, unable to reach anyone on phone, leave a message, or request a call back. They will ask to drop paperwork in a drop box just for it to sit for several months

These people never answer their phone. You call, take you through all the prompts and then hang up. Been trying to speak with someone why my social security check did not post. If you try to visit the guard tells you you canu2019t see anyone, you need to call. And we call this public service.

Rude staff every time I have to deal with them. Will hang up on you at will. I know several people that would love to have their jobs and actually do it better.

First off, they made me MAIL IN ALL MY IDENTIFICATION. I was witho it ID for over a week. Then decided theyu2019re exempt from the law and denied me my name change because apparently they now donu2019t have to accept my ID if they donu2019t want to. If yu2019all want stuff done do not go here. Iu2019ve had issues with them every single time Iu2019ve dealt with them. The woman on the phone I think her name was Lindsey was extremely rude. She literally raised her voice at me. Wish I could give these people no stars.

These people have constantly turned me down on disability. I've had major depressive disorder and anxiety for many years. Been hospitalized 3 times for suicidal ideations. But, I guess that holds no weight with them. They keep saying 'We don't see why you can't work.' No, I'm not crippled or incapacitated. But they're looking at it totally from a physical standpoint, not the mental side of it.

Being mentally and emotionally disabled, I have had no help with these Folk. I didn't run around circles this Hard even running track in school.nnTheeeeen I find out the lady who Swore she'd handle my issue that day, didn't. A month later and my issue was not resolved. In fact, it was forgotten.nThat was what I expected in the first place. Sadly, I wasn't proven wrong.
