Courteous but too succinct. No Fax. No simple pick-up of needed document. Obviously our SS offices are greatly understaffed!

I've been trying to send off documents to get my son's a replacement card . I first got the papers to fill out for the replacement card and sent documentation. Well they sent everything back stating the need offical birth certificate. I ended up going to the office and sat there over 2 hours . The lady at the desk was being very disrespectful and nothing was done I asked for the papers to fill out nobody gave me no papers to fill out or anything. I dont approve of the service I got today.

Having contacted the office by phone and talking with staff about a lost SSAN card. I notified them that I was an US Citizen born abroad, what documents would I need to secure a new card. I was informed just a Driveru2019s license. After a 20 mile drive and talking to the employee, who did not give his name. I was informed I need my Birth certificate and accompanying documents. Very poor and dispicable service.

Driving here was a total waste of time. The clerk barely looked at my paperwork, told me to contact a different government agency. When I Googled the location of the other agency, I was shown the facility I had just visited.
