Yesterday, I went in person to the Maui office and was so pleased with the service I received from Greg. He was friendly, efficient, and gave me forms that clarify my qualifications to receive social security benefits. So professional!

I got a call from a very nice and helpful person. Her last name was Cardenas if I recall. I called back the same day to clarify something and she was unavailable but the gentleman who helped me took care of it without hesitation. Hopefully these two are better representatives than the previous reviews. I was not looking forward to calling back after seeing poor customer service listed multiple times.

Just got off the phone with an agent from the Wailuku, Maui office. Man, so rude. From the first words coming out of her mouth, nothing but sass - being very flip, aggressive, and condescending. This isn't someone anyone would want as a representative of their business, let alone the U.S. Social Security Administration.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in the wailuku, Maui!! The woman needs somewhat an aloha on her! Very rude , she needs to quit her job because she didn't even give the right information.nP.S. Before you hire someone to be an agent / customer service rep they better study or know what they are talking about.

I have had to go to the Wailuku office twice, and both times (once I got through the wait to be served) I was amazed at how nice, efficient, and quick the service was. I cam in confused and left satisfied both times.

Oh my god, woman on the phone was rude, hire somebody that at least can pretend to be nice to pick up the phone.
