I had the worst experience dealing with the Way cross office this morning. A woman by the name of Mrs. Morales contacted me for my scheduled appointment with the worst attitude and disposition. I am a man whose suffering with stage 5 kidney failure and her negative energy did not help the situation at all. I was so hurt and confused as to why she was so combative that I had to write a review.

It is rare to find people who go above and beyond anymore. I have to say that Ms Murphy and Ms Rainey at the Waycross Social Security and Drive have gone above and beyond. They helped me walk through my disability claim. They treated me like a person and not a number. They made a difficult time in my life much better. Thank you ladies. You and the rest of the staff in Waycross were amazing.

Just had a lady named Tonya from this place with a bad attitude and customer service help me, when I asked for her name she seemed to get a lot nicer! If you do not want to be a friendly representative and be professional to your customers, then you need to find another job! Not pleased! She kept cutting me off when I spoke and talked as if I didnu2019t know what I was talking about! But when I had to get an attitude back to get her to close her mouth and listen, then it was u201cohhhh ok well let me check on thatu201d. Bad experience!

We spent 1.5 hours while people that came in after us were seen. My elderly mother explained she was diabetic and they seemed to not care at all.nnI stepped to one of the back widows where we were waiting to be seen and there were 3 associates one leaned against the wall and one in the chair discussing their plans for the weekend.nnMy mother and I got ready to leave so that she could eat and the security person asked u201coh are you leavingu201d we stated again that she was diabetic and getting sick, and that people were being called ahead of her. Of course he smiles and says sometimes that happens, oh and we close at 4.nnud83dude21 we ate and were tempted to come back and sit until 3:55 and then pull a new #.nnThey seem to have NO sense of urgency at all!!!

Just got off the phone with a rep, she was incredibly rude and acted like she had no time to answer my very simple questions. If you have to deal with this office, be ready for a bad attitude.
