Have tried to call for last 2 hours. Phone goes dead after 15 minutes. When are they going to come back to the office and work. Everyone else is starting to come back to work. People need help and are not getting it

Poor Service. Blame it on COVID. The answering machine tells you to dial the party extension directly but the agents won't give out extensions. You can make an appointment, but they aren't making appointments!nA month and a half and no progress on getting back funds that were wrongly pulled back. And they are back logged due to covid. Called 3 times never got to talk to the agent supposedly working the claim. Always off that day. REALLY

Last week my husband applied for his social security benefits. We setup a phone appointment with the Warner Robins Office and could not have asked for a better session. During this time of the COVID virus, we appreciated the ability to talk to a person via phone, complete the application, and have our questions answered. A. R. was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and made sure we understood the different options. It was truly excellent service.

I had my interview today with Ms. Rivera to enroll in SS. She was very knowledgeable, informative, helpful & made the process go quickly & smoothly. She was a pleasure to deal with. We need more like her in our world today.

I spoke to Michelle in regards to questions regarding an adoption and benefits. She was very friendly and truly appeared to care about helping me. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me. I couldnu2019t have asked for a better experience.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a person. I was on hold for FIFTEEN MINUTES TWICE within the last hour and was hung up on TWICE while waiting. This is very frustrating as I only have one question to ask but can't get past the incompetent automated system..............................

It has been a while since I had an appointment here, but seeing the average rating I wanted to share. I came early in the morning, the doors opened right on time, and security was very nice. I got in reasonably quickly for a government office, and the woman who did my interview was very nice and professional.

Went today to get my name changed since I recently got married. The office is closed and there is a sign on the door that says only appointments and gives a website and a phone number. The website has no where to make an appointment and I was on hold for over 20 minutes. If I can walk into the courthouse without a mask, I should be able to go to the social security office.

I have now dialed 5 phone numbers and not one of them was able to help me out. any way

I received a call from my local Social Security Administration (SSAN). My conversation with the SSAN representative, Mrs. Rivera, was enlightening and wonderful. Mrs. Rivera is a very warm and personable woman with insight and knowledgeable about my specific case. She took time to read my SSAN history to provide the appropriate answer to my inquiry. She informed me as to what would happen today, as well as in the future. Mrs. Rivera is a delight to converse with and I can only hope that all the employees at your facility display her depth of knowledge, understanding and phone acumen to facilitate meaningful and fruitful conversation. Mrs. Rivera is an outstanding representative of your organization!

The clerks and staff in this office should be proficient enough in their employment to understand what someone is requesting, and a person should not be turned away twice because the terminology in the request isnu2019t exact. It also should not take an employer to drive across town and speak with a supervisor to get the requested form, and require the social security administration offices supervisor to call another branch for assistance. The exact terminology for what that is called will be left open for discussion. The Security Guard was very polite, professional and assisted with everything my employee and I requested.nnUpdate: 3 months later, I brought in the required documents for the SNAP verification per the specified policy and was turned away by the same supervisor as months prior. When I requested the phone number to his supervisor so I could obtain clarification and understanding, he provided me the national call line instead of the supervisor. The Dublin office answered my questions and confirmed I had the correct documents, and provided me with Mrs. Bloodworths phone number.nSo far, 3.5 hours on the road and in lines to provide additional documents beyond what is actually required.

The Warner Robins office has been awesome in how they respond to me and my staff. I wish I could list names but because of the privacy act I will not. Pcpayee Services gives this office an A rating. Keep up the good work and excellent service.

I have attempted to file for benefits for several years. I have a poorly healed crunched collar bone, cervical and lumbar/sacral problems requiring surgical intervention, now a tib/fib spiral break with 5 screws at my ankle & 3 screws around my knee. I have been filling out forms forever (4 years plus) & have been told to call staff that are never available or just send me more forms to complete (basically the same forms I have already completed with re-worded questions) & I am very frustrated. I have worked since I was 16, put myself through College while raising 2 children, maintained full-time employment with secondary side jobs, continued to work while injured, as best as I could, but with my most recent injuries (leg) contributing as a meaningfull employee has become impossible.nI don't understand why no one will honestly and diligently help from within this government entity.nThe only help I've been offered requires that I utilize attorneys at a premium fee.nI need to help my family. My medical bills are staggering, my husband works long hours & is tired, my sons need assistance to attain their goals in life. Our truck is in the shop, my car needs a lot of work, and the most horrible thing I face every day is my inability to contribute financially. I am not interested in helping out attorneys.nI want to help my family.nI want to be able to get my neck & low back fixed.nI want to be able to pay our co-pays for OT & PT.nI just want some honesty and trustworthy assistance from an organization, specifically maintained by the taxes I have been paying since I was a young girl, charged with diligently assisting people facing the same tribulations as myself.

Great service. The security guard was considerate and informative, and the social security member was direct and helpful. Best start to my morning. / It turns out that I had to come back to this office a week later andnthe staff were just as helpful this time as they were at my last visit. Five stars again, thank you.

I just went to the office for a replacement card. Everyone working there was extremely helpful and polite. I went when they opened and it took maybe 10 minutes. A fellow co-worker had a similar experience at this same location.

Fast processing at that time of the morning on a Tuesday, number system at the front, went pretty quickly, make sure you have all your identification documents and the number of the forms you need, check the website before you come makes the visit way easier.

If a place of business is going to be closed on the weekends they need to be open during the week that way working people can handle there business. My boyfriend went works 60 hours a week and only had one off day which happens to be a Wednesday & this place closes at noon. That's ridiculous, why even open the place up for a few hours of business.

Very rude and i politely asked how to retrieve a new ss card without an i.d bc he is under 15 yrs. Of age and was told not sure but you got to have it ??? Also the young lady helping me could not speak clear English.
    Wendy Callahan
Clean, comfortable waiting area. Polite, respectful and knowledgeable staff. Short waiting time. All offices should run this smoothly.
    Jessica Payne
Their hours are rediculous... how is a single mother of 4 supposed to get things handled when they close at 12 on my only not completely hectic day???? Im truly disappointed in Houston County.
    Morgan Patat
The security guard was nice and genuinely helpful, the wait time was relatively short despite a packed waiting room, and our clerk was super friendly!
    Jerry Walls
