Receptionist is needlessly rude. Communicates abrasively and fails to understand that not every visitor is familiar with the services provided or protocols. Lacks empathy and respect towards visitors.

Mrs. Sexton was AMAZING!!! I was helping my father file his 3rd disability claim (after being denied twice due to issues on how we filed the first time) and she immediately noticed what our attorney had yet to notice- that he was being denied not for medical reasons but just because we filed wrong!! She fixed it right away and was so patient and kind and had all our ends tied by the time we left. Assured us we had filed correctly and should not have any issues once our medical records checked out. We were so thankful- she cleared up an almost year long battle in 5 minutes.

I have been there at least twice and on all occasions I was treated professionally.nnKnowledgeable and courteous stuff and will go a little ways to explain as well as help you with your needs and answer your questions- technical, or general in nature.nnThis is different from what I have experienced dealing with social security offices in other towns and states.
