Having dealt with the national office, I was genuinely surprised by the professionalism and diligence at the Valdosta office. Mrs. Edwards and her supervisor, Christina Keene, knew I was frustrated in trying to get a document needed by my mortgage company and went above and beyond to make sure I got it. I can not thank you ladies enough!

Ms. Edwards is the nicest most professional agent I have ever worked with. She was pleasant to talk to, understood the issue, and had a simple solution.

The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because of their parking! I am disabled and some days it's very difficult for me to even walk. I truly can't understand why in the world are the disabled parking spaces are SO FAR ud83eudd14ud83eudd14???? You would think that a place like this would have designed it in a way that it would be easier for the elderly and disabled to at least get to the front door. Or maybe they can think about making a drop off side entrance.... The employees are very nice and helpful thou they deserve a 5 star ud83dude0a.
