I wish I could give this office more than 5 stars. I had a complicated situation and was getting conflicting information from different offices. Erica took the time to completely understand the questions, and when she was unsure, she questioned others to make certain she was providing correct information. She was super helpful, super nice, and made the entire conversation enjoyable. Thank you Erica!

This office did a wonderful job helping with my disability claim. Special thanks to Erika Rayford and Patti Bailey for their diligent work on the finalization of my case. They were so helpful answering my many questions and alleviating my concerns. They returned all calls and emails promptly and were knowledgeable and understanding.nI would not have made it through this ordeal without the help of these two wonderful ladies.

The assistance that I received today from Erika Rayford was simply wonderful. She listened and advised me on exactly what to do concerning my situation. I have heard how difficult it can be working with Social Security offices, however, my hat's off to the Toccoa office. Erika was so nice and concerned about my issue that her assurance left me thinking that our public servants need to be recognized for the help they provide ordinary citizens like myself. Thank you Erika!!!

After over 32 years of government service I had little expectations when I contacted the SSA office in Toccoa for the first time. I was wrong. Erica Rayford was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable as she led me through the application process. She took the time to explain each of the important points and was patient in explaining the intricacies of the process.nnNext was Steve Stombaugh, who completed my application. It is not easy the put a lifetime of work and injuries into a concise linier format, but Steve did an awesome job keeping me on point to that which was important to document.nnBoth these officers did an outstanding job. While they were very clear that they could not advised me of any assured outcomes of my application, I believe because of their efforts that insured all relevant information was covered, I have the best chance of receiving the benefits that I an due.
