    I called waited on hold for 15 minutes to then be answered and asked for a brief hold. An additional 15 minutes later the phone line disconnected. I called again to be placed on hold again through the automation. The line was connected and this time there was no communication from a person, it rang three times and then placed to a hold again then I was hung up on AGAIN! Serve the individual when the phone call is queued!

    Mr. Baxter insinuated that I had lied to him about not getting a letter. His computer eventually showed him my old address like I had said. He never apologized. The security guard let a woman come back after being gone for over 2 hrs. She was able to use her same number. And she didnt even have to wait like the rest of us. He told her in front of God and everybody that she would be called next, he'd make sure of it. Well I asked the security guard if I could run to my car real quick and grab my wallet because I had been rushing that morning. He said yeah that would be fine. Came back in 2 minutes later. Literally 2 minutes they had called my number and he told me that I would have to get another ticket and wait all over again. After a lady got to leave for over 2 hrs and use her same ticket with no wait time. So I had to come back a different day. I was told by Mr. Baxter that he was giving all my proofs to Mrs. Shelton. He came back and wanted to know a good contact number and time that she could call me that day. I told her anytime and she never called. That was a week ago. The 2 weeks before I have called this woman and left a message every single day on her extension. My son has been without insurance this entire month. And I am over it. These people are rude and dont care. I have 5 kids total and I dont have a babysitter so I cant just keep going up there.

    went in to get a replacement social security card for my grandson. Waited 17 minutes and after a 50 minute drive to get there was told that I did not have proper documentation. Had an official birth certificate that I had just obtained from Coweta Probate court as well as a very recent court order naming me as the legal guardian/custodian. They refused both of the documents and said that I needed immunization records. I asked them if I could have doctor's office fax immunization records and they even refused to accept that solution. These people are typical government workers and only exist to make their customers lives even more complicated and stressful.

    The Newnan office has a few incompetent people who does not know their job well at all. The case worker I have speaks English as a Second Language. Therefore, itu2019s very hard to understand what sheu2019s saying. Secondly, she does not know the process/checklist that needs to be done to properly handle a case. This lady has called me and sent letters for the same documentation that I have submitted to the office TWICE. I have made a total of 3 trips within a 4 week time frame and my case has not processed. Donu2019t waste your time coming here if you want your info processed in a timely manner. Now I have to make another trip to Newnan to speak with manager/lead in the office. This has been a big inconvenience to my family due to incompetent individuals who were hired to do a job that they are clearly failing at.

    Waiting times are horrible and simple tasks take forever. There are 12 windows and only 2 are open. The third window closed after finishing one case.nI have already spent 1 hour waiting and I am sure I have to wait another hour or until I run out of time and need to head back to the office. I guess that's a way to solve waiting issues and just force people to wait until they give up.
