I was in the area and stopped in to ask some questions regarding my retirement application that I did on line. It was hard to ask questions on-line. I got a ticket, waited less than 10 minutes and they answered all my questions in about 5 minutes. Very qualified, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Come in the afternoon when demand and is lower.... the later the better it appears.

The person I dealt with (window 9) was easily confused and seemed to have trouble with the most basic request for correcting an error.
    Julie Eaton
Didn't have to wait too long but my check got cut bc they are saying that I have been overpaid all this time for my son. He's on disability and bc his father got incarcerated he's being penalized. That's messed up.
