They really need to train their employees better on answering certain questions and giving information over the phone. When I called in to ask about the procedures for changing your last name with Social Security the lady gave me the wrong info. She told me I had to go to the DMV first to change my last name in order to update it with them but that is incorrect. In the state of Florida you have to go to Social Security with the proper documentation and then go to the DMV. If you do a Google search it states it right there. So this employee is giving out false information and who knows how many people she has told this to.

I liked the service in this office. Despite the restrictions associated with coronovirus - they called me back the next day after my call and were ready to invite me to an appointment in the next few days (taking into account that my question was important and required a personal meeting). Thank you for your understanding and support.
