I keep calling everyday and leaving messages for the same representative that I'm assigned to. I am not getting my phone calls returned and they are not answering their phone. They give you a limited amount of time to submit information and I rather call and speak to the representative than sending a letter to them. It seems like the system is looking forward to you failing instead of helping people who are in need of their services. There are plenty of unemployed individuals that are looking for a job and eager to work. The government should be replacing all the ones that don't want to work with someone who does.

The lady I spoke with last time and this time was very very disrespectful. I can't believe there's people out there like here. It's my second experience and she the same. Her attitude is in high. She is the last person I dont want to talk again. Very unfair not calling me on time and saying don't ho to work take the whole day off foe your dad you have sacrifice wowwww. My appointment was at 2 but she said wait till 530 Bull.....

I went this morning with an appointment to update my card. The instructions about what papers and documents to bring are clear, so bring everything and it will go smoothly. The person that scheduled the appointment on the phone and the security guard were super friendly and professional. The clerk that did my paperwork very nice and fast. The process was fast, and 10 minutes later I was done. I recommend calling early to make the appointment.

I don't know who is in charge of daily operations and management of this office. My mom needs Medicare part b enrollment completed since 09/13/21, nobody seems to care. I have left messages for Mrs Larose & Mrs Philossaint. I call almost everyday, I have sent a letter, faxed a letter. Nobody seems to be working. They don't even comply with phone appointments and they refuse to see anyone e in person. This is beyond frustrating.

If I could this location zero stars I would. I've been calling for 2 hours nonstop to speak to someone about making an appointment because the website would not allow me to submit an online application. Couple times someone answered and hung up. There were even times someone answered and said nothing. On the phone for about 3 mins of dead before I got upset and hung up and called back. The last time I called I was put on hold everytime I said hello I got placed back on hold never actually speaking with someone. After 20mins of being back and forth on hold the operator came on and told me to call back and hung up the phone.

This is the worst office ever, they donu2019t solve anything and are not responsible. Always tell that you will receive a call in 2 weeks with your problem solve but it have already been 5 months. The staff there is not helpful at all, this is the last office you want to visit. My sister havenu2019t received her social security and the days are still counting.

I was helped by miss Rudy at window 9, she was very nice and knowledgeable! Also this location was lighting quick. You get greeted by the guard who gives you a form to fill out and instructs you on how to get your ticket number.nnDepending on your reason for the visit is how fast you will be seen. I was helped 15 minutes after arriving. Highly recommend!

When I tell you I was in and out fast, I was in and out fast. I only waited for 25 minutes. Shout out to Window 10 for helping me out. Best Social Security Administration Office I've ever been to in my entire life. Super quick, super fast, & professional staff.

Avoid this office at all cost. Very rude worker security never at his desk. All the worker's tell you different information. Don't believe employees when they say just drop off additional paperwork. Make an appointment even if it's for one paper. I've been here for hours to drop off one paper. I've asks for a supervise several times. No supervisor is available at this office.

I arrived at the Social Security office today & after reading so many negative reviews, I had to share that I did not. Ms. Welch at window 16 was just awesome. She is very professional & nice. I had some concerns and questions & she was very patient explaining things to me. I also had an appointment & did not have to wait at all. Ms. Welch thank u so much!!!

The ABSOLUTE WORST. Pembroke Pines made an error claim on my income. 4 months and 2 appeals later I am asked to file another appeal. NO ONE takes responsibility. I now have to prove something that they know does not exist and will not fix.

Quick and easy... super fast service. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Mr. Dibs was great, he knew more of what I needed than I did. Was super impressed, does not work like a regular government office.nnThank you Mr. Dibs!!!!

They have 2 screens that show that same thing, they should have 1 screen for list of names of people that are waiting since they call some people by names. We waited there for 3 hrs and turned out they already called us. We did not leave for a sec, so i think they didnu2019t know how to pronounce the names. So itu2019s better that they have a screen to show it

If I could of given a minus on stars I sure would of. I came in at 9:01 am and I'm still sitting here at 11:09 am and was called to tell me to wait in the lobby for my name to be called all this to change an address which the toll free number screwed up so now I have to sit down here. This place was almost empty when I came in now there is people standing and I'm still waiting. The security man is rude and loud telling us to keep it down but can't hear over his mouth. People ask him for help on the ticket machine and says read the question he don't want to do anything helpful but bark orders like he God pipe your mouth and help because the workers aren't doing nothing this place is so unorganized ran by rude lazy people who need to be reminded that if they don't do their job to go collect unemployment.

My dad (72yo) was trying to fix a deduction he is having on his retirement, even though he is actually getting pay little money. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to answer the call, Miss Del Toro, who was really rude to him, was on the phone with him, (seemed she was having a bad day), and at the end she hung up on him the call to show us and confirm what a bad service she was giving. Thanks Miss Del Toro for nothing. I know my dad required patience but if you don't feel comfortable on customer service, you should look for a different job!

Very short wait, very helpful and very courteous staff. Space unfortunately I have to return there, but I do not mind if people there are so friendly very surprised. I'm referring to the people that work and that particular office are very kind and they seem to go out of their way to help you may God bless them all. God bless the United States of America !

Long lines...and even LONGER waits! I ended up leaving after waiting 3hrs and still hadn't been seen. If have the patience and the time go for it otherwise, if you have other plans scheduled for the day, be prepared to cancel. Good luck!

Lady on Room #10 very rude.
    Jessie Blanco
They are the most laziest people I have ever seen! They just sit there and don't want to do anything just collect an easy check. I was asked to fax all my pay stubs, I've had for the past 4 months on time, then I received a letter stating my son's benefits have been suspended because I have not reported my wages. I take the time off to go make that huge line, come to find out all my stubs that I have faxed over are still sitting in the fax machine and the only thing I was told wasSorryand that the benefits will remain suspended untilsomeoneenters my pay stubs into their systems. Shame on all of you!
