You gave to book an appointment via a phone call. Once there, the waiting time is very little, and they process your requests fast.

Impressed by the best customer service ever at a social security administration office. No wonder why people come all over Miami just because of the amazing customer service here. Not to mention that parking is provided (be aware that it is shared with Chase bank), service is also super fast. Free Wi-Fi but from Chase bank in the same building.

The phone service is down and there is NO WAY to contact this office. I went in person and begged the security guard to give my number to someone inside so they can call me, it never happened. Never did I think a government office could be run like this.

Rude,Zero customer service. They will mislead you,And *&^$#. It's not just me.

Terrible phone service from the Alton Road office in Miami Beach. Ms. McAlister (not sure how it's spelled) was rude and didn't give me the complete information. Thankfully I found the documents needed on the website before mailing them. Customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Facilities were very clean and the security was very attentive and asked what help I needed. I did not have an appointment. I signed in and within 20 minutes they called my number. Was not expected that for a government agency. The agent that assisted me was very helpful and the whole process only took a few minutes.nAware - this location closes at noon on wednesdays only. I just made it in at 11:40am.

Great and fast service and a very spacious administration and very super duper friendly staff. I had my interview with a staff called Jason to get my SSN and he was great and super friendly. I finished filling out my SSN form and my interview with the staff and it took mr overall around 20-30 mins. Definitely a highly recommended SSN administration.

Be aware that the entrance to parking is not from Alton Rd.nParking is the same for Chase, accesible from 19th street between Walgreens and Publix.nParking is free and has fair accessibility.nOther than that the wait is shorter than other offices I have visited (20 mins).nI went to the office on Blue Lagoon st previously and had to wait close to 2hrs.nPlease silence your phones, the wait is short snd calls are not allowed in the waiting area, so if you step out to take your call you may miss your number.nStaff is helpful.nOffices could use a facelift.nThe entrance is only through a small elevator., 2nd floor.nExit by stairs or elevator.nStairs exit have no way back in if you change your mind and decide to take elevator.

Came to the office late afternoon the Friday before my 65th birthday. Short wait and lots of assistance as well as help with Medicare. The SS rep made me a phone appointment with Medicare, and they called!! Couldn't have asked for better service!

The security guard sitting at the entrance speaks to people in an unpleasant and even very blunt manner.nOn the other hand, the clerks do a wonderful job and treat visitors very well. Thank you!
