Zero stars is too many! Reporting for Verbal abuse of the persons with disabilities is the next email being sent. My fiancu00e9 is deaf. He made it politely clear and was treated as hostile or in the words of Ms. Green, u201cmentally incapacitated and unable to comprehendu201d . The man is deaf. He can read lips when interpretation is unavailable, wearing his mask he asked if she could lower her to read her lips and she quickly pulled it down mockingly and said no. When she was asked to repeat a statement because he didnu2019t hear her, she slammed her hand down on the counter like you would a toddler who isnu2019t paying attention and repeated it in a mocking and slow manner. When told he wasnu2019t misunderstanding he couldnu2019t hear the security officer came over to assist. Although pleasant at first ended the encounter with u201c you need to leave my office now! u201c Not one time did my fiancu00e9 get any kind of verbally aggressive other than to repeat u201c I am deaf, I canu2019t hear you, I can read and read lips but I canu2019t hear youu201d . They did not try writing statements down for him to read the questions they were asking or offer to let him read lips. His reason for being there was made clear over the phone thirty minutes before we went and on the phone they were told he was deaf also. This will be reported for acts against the disabled. I am so hurt and disappointed that any federal agency would treat anyone, disabilities or not, in this manner.

First I want to thank everyone for their help today. What you did for my daughter was amazing! The security guard is more than a 5-star rating. The young lady that helped my daughter and I over 5-star rating. Long story short: my daughter is leaving for processing in 10-days. Back in April I had filled out the replacement card application and sent it in, as of now still donu2019t have the replacement card and they helped us out incredibly. Thank you so much for your help, your empathy and your support with this issue.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask a simple question and was very quickly asked to shut up and listen, and the representative started raising their voice despite me remaining calm the whole time. Very rude woman who claims to have worked there for 17 years, beware.

Had to have a copy of medical records to have my name changed on my card. The woman told me it had to be an original signature on the record, they wouldnu2019t accept an electronic signature from the Doctor. Medical records told me there are two signatures, one electronic the other original. The woman at the social security office stood my husband down that they were both electronic. She said if it were original the ink wouldu2019ve went through to the other side. My husband told her only if it were signed with a marker. So she is sending my papers back to me to take to my doctor and have her sign it, AGAIN.nShe told him she wouldnu2019t lie about that, so Iu2019m guessing she is saying my Doctor is lying as well as us?nIf I could give zero stars I would.
