Took several weeks to get an appointment. But once I got the appointment and I showed up, the service was great. The security guards were really nice and the lady inside was very nice too. It took less than 2 mins. The inside was clean and well maintained. The offices looked great. The bathrooms were clean as well. The outside could use a big makeover/renovation. If youu2019re planning on coming here, make sure you show up on time!

They are the most professional and helpful Social Security Office I ever deal with. Iu2019ve been trying to book an appointment for the past 3 months with other locations without any success. With Hialeah office they answered my call less than half of the time of any other office, booked my appointment and were extremely friendly giving all info I needed. During my visit to the office, I arrived earlier than my appointment time and amazingly shortly after 5 minutes Mr Samuel was already dealing with my issue, once again very friendly and professional. I wish all the other public services offices were efficient and friendly like Hialeah Social Security Office, congratulations to entire team and thanks a lot.

Worst service ever over the phone, the have the worst costumer service, on top off COVID they just doesnu2019t want to work. I call 6 times to make a apt for my dad, they told me that they can make apt because need to be personal, personal after 8 hours to get somebody in the phone. You guys need to have a litter education and be more efficient, the person over the phone told me that I canu2019t speak with the supervisor because thatu2019s no Walmart. What kind of service you provide?????????

This people are a careless organization, i have been calling several times within work hours and no response they just hang the call no phone queue to leave a message or anything no response this is a shame of government organization that lives because we pay taxes. My call is just to set and appointment because of pandemic there is no other way of doing it than by phone.

if there were 0 star, is what they deserve. Terrible phone service, they do what they want and also hang up the phone when they want. I ask them to transfer with a manager and and they never did.

Everything has changed cause of Covid- I called this office and the agent was really helpful. We need to understand they have struggled too, I waited by phone for a couple of minutes. However, I am very satisfied!

I believe the Security Guard needs some more training on how to approach people and communication skills. I just visited that office yesterday with a question for orientation for a family member that just arrived. Need it the fax number for that Hialeah office, his answer google it online.

They have been the most unpleasant and unprofessional group of people to deal with. Very unhelpful and very rude.nThis is us suppose to be an office that helps those in need with answers about SS, and instead they have people that sound that they just woke up and have no intentions of understanding your needs.

I love this place all the workers are so kind and professional they treat you with kindness and respect I can always get my business done here when I need to , it maybe a little wait time but thatu2019s normal so bring a little snake and drink in case , they make everyone be quite so others can hear the numbers and there names being called for there turn . Thereu2019s plenty of parking for disabled persons and regular automobiles . They have nice shade canopy s out side Incase , they have water fountains and clean bathrooms . The air conditioning is always cool and the area smells fresh and clean they pay a lot of attention to old and weak persons walking in . The lighting is good and they always have forms and paper in stock to fill out . They have plenty of seating for everyone This place is great

Donu2019t ever come here for your social security. These people donu2019t even know how to do their job canu2019t even answer questions and concerns. Trust me if you have to drive an hour to another location do it but donu2019t waste your time coming down here. Itu2019s always an issue.

Today at 10am, I am calling to find out about my status documents, the worker Maria tells me that they are overdue and that she has no information, and that she cannot pass me to any supervisor either. Great job and nice services to the community managers .

I arrived at 8 am and there were more than 90 people in line but once it was opened at 9 am, I was able to accomplish 2 goals there in 25 minutes. Very professional staff with the right attitude and right answers, I felt very well treated and my concerns resolved very quickly and as needed. Many thanks SSA staff, keep the positive attitude and superior professionalism.

My experience at this place was really good, I went there to request SS Card for my parents for the first time and the level of service provided was just wonderful. we were missing a document but the agent was very nice and took other things we had brought into consideration so we didn't have to go back. Service was fast we got there almost at 4:00 pm and we were out about 5 mins before closing.

The place serves very quickly, but security has a bad attitude, treats the public very badly, as if everyone were just arriving in the country or if the public were dogs. Security is there to take care of the place, to provide information if necessary and to maintain order, not to treat people like dogs.

In my opinion this is the best SSA office that I have visited. The in and out process was less than 30 minutes. Armando Martinez, the SS agent at window 37 was very polite and professional. No complaints at all. Thank you.

I would like to commend Yuri Rojas and Gisella Gaitan for their excellent customer service and personal skills. They both went above and beyond to help and communicate with me so that I could understand all that I needed to know. Overexceeded in their work ethics and over all treated me with compassion and respect. Two outstanding employees. Wonderful experience with both of them.

Security officers at front desk were unknowledgeable, arrogant, rude, and shouted at people seeking assistance. In Spanish stated that they should use their brains and learn to count instead of asking stupid questions. The workers in contrast, were helpful and polite.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Make sure you have an appointment, or you will not be able to enter. It is what it is.

Can't go in unless you have appointment, i called several times to make an appointment, and they don't answer during working hours. For a government facility, it's horrible service.

They should advise people once you are outside in line waiting to come in and take a number if they are no longer interviewing for Medicaid assistance that day.nYou have to go thru the process and waste your time to tell you that you need to make an appointment for another day because all Supervisors are very busy and they have too many people to attend... The guy that helped me was so rude and un professional. It is really a shame to be in the United States of America and get treated that badly...

The place has some terrible employees and they tend to skip numbers. Sat in the front row and waited an hour and a half to then hear my number was skipped by 2 numbers. Then they complain to you for missing it when you're just trying to see what happened with the numbers. They even give out last calls for people who miss there number but not everyone's number has a second call. Worst experience I've had yet. Hope I won't have to come back.
    Richard Espinoza
cant even ask a question before being told to go away, some of the staff have their windows open and refuse to answer any questions anyone may have. They treat civilians like trash, their attitude is worse than anything I ever experienced compared to the army. I will never come here again
    Guillermo Ow
The reason I went here was to update my immigration status and it didn't take more than 30 mins. When you get a number for this state that the reason isotheron the computer. Can't speak for any other reasons to go here or how long it would take for those...

The security man is the most sow and disrespectful person that can exist. It is necessary that they teach the staff how to express themselves or remove them because they do not know how to serve the population. It seems that this is in a concentration camp punishing people.
    Jackie Rodriguez
Phone manners are horrible. Will hang up on you if you don't say what they like or they have nothing better to do. Extremely rude.
    Bryan Gutierrez
Usually helpful, but long long wait times, inconvenient hours, little parking , and expect to leave partially deaf or insane from the PA system and the crowd. Note, they close early at noon on Wednesdays.
    Orly GM
The security staff are the most rude and unprofessional persons that I never know, they treat you like ..., and the place is always full, I don't truly recommend this place to no body. In my opinion the best place to go an do your stuff is the one that is on pembroke
