Feb 11, 2022 This was my 4th time calling the Social Security Office in New London, CT to get a copy of a form my husband and I needed. Rosaria was fabulous, she explained what she doing and stayed on the line until my request was complete. Not sure why the first few people were unable to do the same. Rosaria you are wonderful!!

Rosaria went above and beyond to help me out with a situation regarding a replacement SS card. Amazing service and customer care

A very condescending lady by the name ofMrs. Smithcalled me during work today about my update on my requested social security card. Funny thing is, I never requested a social security card from this office. I requested it from another office. And she had this condescending attitude about how I should request a new card when I went months trying to request a new card frommylocal office. But they refused to send it to my home address. That coworker needs to watch her tone and how she talks to people. You don't know how much scrutiny I am still going through to get just one replacement. Up until 15 mins ago, I never called this office before. And I only decided to call this office to report this person's disrespectful behavior. I'm sorry this person's life is too miserable to call someone with a better tone.

This was my first time calling in and I assumed that I would have a difficult time even reaching someone. I was able to speak with someone in less than 5 minutes of waiting. Her name is Mrs. Heart! I was calling in already confused and even through my rambling on she stayed patient and gave me all the information I needed to successfully move to my next step. Thank you Mrs. Heart.

I have been trying to update my SSN card for over a month now. I had a lot of issues with the office mispelling my name more than once. The reason I am leaving 5 stars on this review is because of my experience with Rosemarie. During this unprecedented time of the COVID-19, I have had a handful of people who were seemingly unpleasant. Rosemarie, however, was one of the most kind and compassionate people I've spoke to thus far. My name has been updated correctly, and Rosemarie explained in detail every question I had.

Although I recommend making a appointment if you can I have had really good experiences with the New London office. Each time getting good service and the answers I needed.

Impossible to call, have had a clear cut case of my son's benefits going to his father for over a year when he was living with me and its taken over 3 years to process. Went in and got in quick but could not get in to see the only person they said could help me. They said to call and make an appointment. Just tried to call again and was told it would be a 50 min wait. Most of the time the calls get switched over to the main number and they say to call or go to the office. Ridiculous.

My call wait time was only about 10 or15 minutes, the representative was extremely helpful, calm and professional while answering all of my questions.
