Super easy and relaxed environment. Everyone is super helpful to point you in the direction of what you need.

Guard when you walk in is very friendly and asks a few necessary questions. Very helpful and definitely deserves a raise in addition to be So Nice, He has to stand all day, as I'm almost sure is necessar, though not sure as I have seen other places with a chair and small easily movable desk. It would be nice to have that option to sit it a comfortable chair as the office workers do, but he moves around a little to help with ticket machine & other things. I know the waiting room in East Hartford SSA. Please consider that even if he would might prefer standing. I really like him as other's I'm sure do to. Thank You !

In and out within a half hour. The security guard was nice and making jokes, made waiting seem very quick. Ladies at the window very nice and helpful!

This is a very small office with limited seating. The line to get a ticket can extend out of the foyer to the sidewalk when they're really busy. Thankfully, the staff is patient and efficient and will help as quickly as they can.

Is a small place. Some people need to wait outside or in the hall. And security guard is very rude. But the person in the window is very polite and kind. They always help me.

I've never had a bad experience there. Wait time is not bad either.

very disappointing and incompetent. I went to the office a month ago just to update my status and the clerk who handled my case joined my first name to my middle name and also that of my daughter's. I have no legal document showing my name in that fashion, yet I have to be the one running up and down taking time from work to fix a mistake the office made. Then the clerk I spoke with today had the nerve to be arguing with me. Very poor service. The state/government pays you from our tax fund to provide a service the least you can do is be courteous and provide the service. I am extremely disappointed!

Social Security office processes are utter chaos. Nice people in the office. Management is totally incompetent at the national level. Very poor work flow system with repeat visits to the office necessary.
