Let's start with 12 called unreturned on my trustee stealing over 60k of my money which to make money worse it was my brother. That money is and was needed to supplement my monthly living expenses. I will pitch a tent starting in March in front of their office since I'll be homeless as I have to pick either eat or pay rent, good news is I have lost 40 pounds in 12 months thanks ssdi...better than Waite Watchers

My experience was outstanding with this office! I was given accurate information from knowledgeable people who also gave me practical advice, including how much better it would be to come in person (not my usual preference). But I was very impressed with the efficiency of the office! And Security personnel deserves a compliment as well - very courteous!nnAnd, when I called with a question later, the staff person I spoke with walked me through to the answer so effectively!nnCompliments to the entire staff of the Bridgeport office with gratitude!

Most often in the past the staff I have spoken with have been polite and helpful. This time, it seems, I've been given the runaround with incomplete information about dropping Medicare Part B - which I am doing as I have employer insurance through my spouse. I only signed up because, as understood it, my premium could go up if I get Part B later. Even Medicare told me that is not the case and the information on the form requesting Part B to be dropped should not be communicating that. All well-explained on Medicare.gov

I would have given it 7 stars if I had the opportunity. I went in very distressed as my father was in ICU and hospital needed some papers. Every one in the office starting from security personnel to Mr Fabula and the other staff were beyond amazing. Extremely kind and helpful and I am very grateful to everyone. Thank you

My first time there was an unusually good experience, I had flashbacks from back when I visited my dad in jail when I was little. The wait was short and my overall experience was the best then at any Social Security office I've been too.
