Terrible service over the phone. On hold for hours only to get told that u201cwe are only open for dire need appointmentsu201d and then ask what u201cdire needu201d was only to be told u201cwe canu2019t give that outu201d. So basically itu2019s your choice who you allow in? Why is it that weu2019ve been trying for months to change my wifeu2019s name and thereu2019s always an issue that no one can fix.nnMailing stuff is convenient and but it takes too long and expensive documents can get damaged or stolen. They donu2019t care. They say they canu2019t guarantee nothing will be folded when theyu2019re the ones who fold it. My wifeu2019s $700 naturalization certificate means nothing to them and they u201ccanu2019t guarantee it wonu2019t be foldedu201d. Ridiculous service and ridiculous wait times on the phone. Itu2019s a shame we have such a terrible office here.
Been on the phone for 3 hours now. Still no answer, just to make an appointment. They are either short staffed or calling does no good. Hope this changes soon.

Iu2019ve been trying to get a hold of someone for a new social security card. An entire day Iu2019ve been put on hold 5x with a 40 minute wait each time. Iu2019ve been hung up 3x. Called again just for the phone gets picked up and immediately put on hold again without an actual answer. Spend the rest of the day on hold having the phone ring over and over as if someone was about to answer just to be put on hold AGAIN!! Then after they get tired of keeping me on hold they hang up or I get a message saying they canu2019t help to call again. What a joke!

Went today after several trips there . Finally felt like we got somewhere cause of the covid they were just taking request by phone. But Mr. Henderson helped us the door. He was very polite and got things we needed right away. He is the supervisor there . The great fast service is the reason for 5 stars. Thank you Mr Henderson for you great help

I've been trying to get my earnings record corrected for months with no results. They state that the supervisor left and they are looking for a new supervisor and that due to Covid they are only coming in to the office one day a week. Their phone rolls over to the La Junta office and all they can do is pass the message to the Trinidad office.

I had excellent and informative service from this office this morning. I had tried to use the office in Las Vegas NM with no success. Thanks ! I can't remember the young lady's name or I would mention it. Thanks again.
