(Durango office)nWorse than dealing with the lines and grumpy people at the DMV. Phone rarely connects, and when it does it's usually only after being on hold for over 30 minutes. Even when it does connect they usually just hang up, or say they can't hear you and then hang up. Wish there were somewhere else nearby to get things taken care of instead of having to deal with this incompetence.

Not helpful at all. Was on hold for 30 min then cut off then was back on hold for another 30 min and someone just answered then was rude for a few min. I was told to go back to weu2019re im originally from and ask there for a replacement card.

I tried contacting the office via the phone number listed. Most of the time the phone tree did not recognize my selections using the keypad, and when the phone finally rang, there was no response at the other end. Either the phone number is wrong, the phone tree is broken, or there is no one in the office able to answer a phone. Disappointing for a public office.

Extremely lazy, I was on hold twice this morning for about 20 minutes each and when someone picked up they then hung up.nSomeone needs to get fired.n11:00AM 10-28-2021.

What a waste of time it is to call this number! & what a scam! You have 2 choices: press 1 if you're over 50 & then you have to listen to a pitch for a medical device or, press 2 if under 50 & you have to listen to a pitch for roadside assistance!!! I'm just trying to get info on my medicare card that was supposed to be here last week. Yikes, what a useless phone #!

I find this office very kind. The frustrating part is the forms and silly denial letters which suggest improbable job options. As with many an office, the vibe you put it out is generally similar to what you get back. On the rare occasions you get unwarranted attitude, you may have been unlucky enough to follow someone who was entitled, hostile, or scary.nPoliteness counts, and while it is a frustrating and humiliating process at best--most of the people at this office go out of their way to make it less painful. It is a far cry from L.A., or any other major metro area.

This place is NOT OPEN! They give you a toll free number to call that does nothing but LEAVE YOU ON HOLD!
