Original phone call to sign up for Medicare went much too easily. Was told my coverage would start as of May 1, that I would receive paperwork and bill in the mail. Today is May 6th and I still have not heard anything!!!! Now I find that the original person who signed me up over the phone neglected to check some boxes that needed to be checked off, end result nothing has happened yet and my application is still sitting in the office. Hopefully will hear something tomorrow since they are too paranoid to allow any in office appointments (you know, where this could all be straightened out at one time!)

if I could give this zero stars I would. I had to wait a whole month for an appointment, then when I finally have it, I am given run around as far as the information they needed for me to provide. The lady that I got seemed to not know what she was doing, she kept on asking this gentleman that has been there a while. Long story short, waited one month to have to come back again because I was asked for information that is just redundant and need a new appointment. The website says they close at 4 but they actually close at noon on Wednesdays. Then you try calling the general number because there is no way you will ever get the local phone number online, and the wait time on hold is 55 minutes!!! I guess this is government for you. This really sucks.

People do their job here and I know they have to follow rules. Even when it is to find out as much info not to get people qualify. On top of that had to hire an attorney, doctor's reports were wrong and my EDD report is wrong too. It's a pain to deal with this when you are going through a illness. God bless America. They won't help you until you've empty your bank accounts paying for an illness and sold all your property. All the American dream gone because of an illness. There are 10 Windows and only 2 are available for walking and 1 for appointments. The phone calls seem to go first before people. It is worst than DMV. Appointments take. I don't think they have enough people for the 56000 residents in watsonville.

The hours posted on Google are incorrect - I went yesterday and they close at noon on Wednesdays - not as 3:30pm as is currently posted online.
