Oh friends. Avoid this place at all cost. I came in in person --over an hour drive. Im 72 and seriously disabled. Never been treated so rude in my life. Myrepwas ms cruz. All she was worried abt was getting out on time. 3:55pm. Honest folks. Very evasive. Very rude. I left there crying, facing an hour+ drive. Not ONE OF MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED. Talks over you The so-called security guard really is just totally scary and so rude. It takes over 5 min just to get thru security. I m filing formal complaints

We got there at 9 am. Security search was professional and friendly. We signed in, had our meeting in a few minutes. The gentleman at window 1 on 3/5/18 was polite, efficient and well informed. he answered all 3 of our questions and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Sonora SS office employees.

Friendly and efficient staff. The gaurd at the door is very friendly and explains everything as he does his check. From there l took a number and was surprised how quickly I was called up. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. It was a positive experience.

I have never felt more violated in my personal rights than when I entered the office here in Sonora, CA. Thesecurityguard is above and beyond in his supposed duties. As a veteran, I go into several government agencies, and I have NEVER been so accosted and demanded to submit to a complete search. This man was even going through peoples wallets, supposedly looking for weapons. Another gentleman had to open his mouth and lift his tongue to prove he wasnt hiding a razor blade. I havent even been searched like this to go into court! And I wasnt even needing to be seen, I was just with a friend who had to change her address for her SSD.
