Does the Government pay the rent for the SSI office?nDoes the rent not cover some parking places?nThe office is very busy and parking should be provided asnit was before. Also the online directions do not say an appointment is REQUIRED!

No Parking especially in a busy government building. Not so great! Don't understand who we are benefiting with all this restriction.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICEu2026 considering run by a government and being funded by working people. No one is picking up the phone, cannot even schedule an appointment via online. Very frustrating.

They try to find whatever reason to NOT help you here. They already make you jump through the hoop of appointments and they will find a bunch of reasons to turn you away while youu2019re trying to make that appointment, some of which arenu2019t even valid. Hard-earned tax dollars at work here.

Security officer is really nice and helpful. The first staff member I met did not do my application completely correctly. I have gone back five times since then and met with someone different than the first time. She was really great and helped get my application going.

They made an appointment for me but never sent a courtesy confirmation as they said they would. When I called to get a confirmation, after the terribly long phone tree message (4:57 mins.) I was told I needed to hold 40 minutes or more. Ridiculous and imcompetent. No way to run a business. At least offer to give me a call back within a specified time. My survey experience is here.

I have been to this location several times and its hit or miss with the people who work there whether its information or general knowledge of social security benefits or procedures . I was told that I could not apply for SSDI while applying for state disability that was not true . Second when I applied for SSDI they never filed it and I didn't find out until I revisited the office months later to get an update . I had to start the whole process over . I lost time and it effected my application. I have been fighting for over 4 years now with denial after denial of benefits . I wish they had given me better assistance with getting attorney help with process . Good luck .

During COVID only first time applicants are allowed to be served. If your a U.S citizen you will be denied service! The only way to get helped is by mail which is very inconvenient!

I went there and applied and filled out the papers for my card replacement and they said in a few weeks it will arrived. Well i waited. And it didnu2019t arrive, so i called the number they gave me to call. They said they have no record of my being there or my application. Now i must go again. Sucks!!

Calling to get information is worthless since I cannot get a straight answer from anyone. Going to the office is not any better. Aside from the incredible long wait, to have someone tell you (after waiting over an hour) that they don't know how your claim is progressing, is utterly disappointing. I was told that the woman who is working my case would call me, to give me an answer - well, I never got a call. Now utterly frustrating. Leave it to the government to make you feel better!

Better than average. Voice processing advised 24 minute wait time, but offered a call back in 35 minutes. This beats private health insurance carriers like HealthNet, Anthem and Blue Cross.

I went to this social security office for some help with Medicare.nBeing an end stage rental disease patient it can be very confusing.nThis all happened the m ok nth of Aug 2018.nDo not go to this office.nMrs Ma at window A was so rude and actually enjoyed seeing me in a real problem .nNot only did she give me wrong info and paperwork, she later denied it.nEven when I showed her her own hand writing.nShe would not let me speak to a supervisor and lied to me.nAfter no help at all, she looked at me and almost sinister says.nHave a nice day .nI'm not stupid I know exactly how she meant it.nI went to SS in Reswood City they helped me with the right info and paperwork and took time to hear my situation.nThey told me to write a report about Mrs Ma, which I did and I also wrote a letter to the SS inquires dept.nI am an honest working person.nTrust me this review is accurate.nDavid Serrano.

Usually a shorter wait than I was expecting. When I bring something in to occupy myself, the wait time can seem not long enough, depending on what I'm occupied with and takes my focus, be it knitting or a mobile device. Then, before I know it, my name or number is called.

This place wasn't so bad until they closed the parking lot. Only employees. The parking lot doesn't even get halfway full. They tell you to park a few blocks away. What the hell. Yes let me make my grandmother walk that far.

Have had to go into this office twice - very nice people at the door (including guard) to find out what you need, issue a number, then you wait to be called. Very efficient operation and nice people.

The turnover was quick and the staff was helpful. The security guard was very helpful as well

Why are you listing your fax number? This shows how incompetent they are.nEven if they had listed the office number I am pretty sure they would not answer the phone anyway.nnI rate them with a double zero.
