    I don't understand why it's mandatory to apply and pay for Healthcare insurance if I'm on disability and can't afford it and then be penalized for it by Social Security in deducting my disability checks for every other month that I don't apply for it after turning 65. I already explained to Medi-care and the SSI office that I already have free Healthcare through the VA and still they keep sending me ads to apply for Healthcare insurance.

    They gave wrong information, and cost us time and money. When I called them weeks later to clarify the wrong information, the person told me there was nothing they could do and they proceeded to hang up on me. Unbelievable.

    I don't understand I did a one year review over the phone had to pay for their mistakes, now I have to pay them back every month for haveing 100.00dollars over in my back account also late fee on rent had to borrow money to make it through the month. No letter was sent to me ! They anSaid it was never sent out! How am I suppose to know or prepair for my mistake? If it was their mistake not informing why I wasn't getting a check. I'm still paying every month for thir mistake.

    Our first visit went smoothly, our second visit was a joke. We had to take in some receipts the girl said our representative wasnu2019t available and she made copies of receipts said she would give them to our representative that was almost 3 months ago and we have heard nothing and we have called several times to no avail. Closing early on Wednesday why not fridays or open at 8am instead of 9am. And parking is also a joke if the office is busy.
