Get thos I was scheduled an appointment by Ms. Armenian lady named Ms.AloyannFor a review on November 26 , Friday afternoon Thanks Giving.at 9:30. I missed my appointment letter came following with reason being I gave a wrong number. Me my attorney and case manager all left messages to her regarding phone number update. Reason for termination to muss review appointment, not that the Social Security Office was not even open. Closed for federal holiday. This is how they do hate crimes and when you call to complain another Armenian will lie and not put you through to suoervisoe. These armenian hates should be fired.     Just called to ask about income limits for parents of children with disabilities. The guy answers a question I never asked then asked for my income as listed on the tax return. As Iu2019m telling him, he hangs up the phone.

    I don't recommend this office. Staffs very clumsy. They gave me appointment on a certain day. But when get there they had trouble to find my name in their list. After 15 minutes they noticed it was their mistake but no apologize for this wait.

    The most rude and unprofessional customer service. Called multiple times and every time getting different information. Last time, someone just hanged up on me, without even trying to help. They definitely have attitude and very arrogant. I have been in few Social Security offices( West side, Burbank) and never had such a bad experience. Very, very upset and disappointed.

    They make you get a ticket in a very modern way, by some ATM looking thing, via touchscreen. So, if you can't reload your Tap card with more bus fare at the bus station, or you have issues reading. Us Luddites need to go to a different Social Security branch.

    Workers need an adittude adjustment and client support skills. Guards are pratically falling asleep when u ask a question. Need to be scolded in my view. In addition to that the female who works at one of the front desks. Has a heavy adittude. And needs to be put on check by a supervisor or something. You ask a question.     Despite the fact that there is no phone number listed, this is indeed a social security office. 2nd floor of the US Bank building. Be prepared to wait a while, but, that's your own fault for losing your social security card. :)
