It is now 9:35 and nobody has opened the doors or addressed anyone standing in line outside.

This office is the most organized government office I have ever been too. Of course it gets very busy, but the security guard does a fabulous job of directing folks and even helps with ticket selection for those that dont read well. There are so many windows open that the line moves extremely quickly, we were in and out in less than an hour. I recommend getting in line before the office opens.

Customer service was BAD!! The guy i talked to did not help me much and he sounded rude and lazy like he did not want to help at all. Such a bad experience!

I am just trying to make an appointment. It is a hours wait.nI tried the website which will not accept many of my entries. Finally found a path to appy by mail. It was fast and easy. At the end it was a private company that wanted $37 for the service. I had given them my ssn under the impression it was a government site.

It is probably one of the best government service that I have ever encounter. Not only the process was efficient, facility was clean, but also the staff who had help with my case was professional and courteous (I believe his name is Siegel). Highly recommended.
