I have received a reply from the email address for the next couple days I am really sure not going to reply to this, however this week is going to be very very busy and I will need to discuss the details of our situation and help for you guys to discuss and understanding of how or why we have to do this to work on this issue.

Was amazed out how fast our appointment was ... that gal that helped us was totally awesome. She walked us through the whole process of signing up for MCARE ! Easy peasy ...we were signed up and out in 45 minutes. The security guard was one happy guy ... he was kind, considerate and you can tell he loves his job! Great customer service ... Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!

Office is still closed (COVID-19) but the same security guard was there he hands flyers, SS Card applications.nSocial Security is open to calls only 9-4, their mail box is open to drop off documents if you donu2019t want to mail them! Special appointments can be made over the phone!nnu2014u2014OLD POST, Pre-Pandemic!u2014u2014nOnly office I will go to, even if driving from Chico now.nWOW, that was a very pleasant and fast experience. The the ladies up front where very courteous and helpful unlike other Offices that I have been to. The security guard Kimball was on point, some people donu2019t realize NO weapons very respectful, but Federal laws are enforced. I recommend getting there early at 840 am. Tax dollars well spent!!!!

Due to the COVID-19, apointments need to be made through call the toll phone number. They will not let you in without a scheduled appt. There is no online sheduing system so calling is the best option than trying to schedule in person because it will not work.n*the reason I gave a low rating is that even with phone calls I made, workers did not tell me that an appointment needed to be made, instead they suggested I walk into the local office.
