They called me before my appointment time and didn't bother to call me at my appointment time. I was working and left early for this appointment.nnIf an employee calls early please have the decency to call at appointment time. Some of us can't receive a call until appointment time.

This place is absolute trash. Iu2019ve been trying since June to get my newbornu2019s social! Iu2019ve filled out the same form multiple times, and I get the run around over and over. Useless staff and manager. Iu2019ve already contacted my senator and congressman about my situation and how this place is being run.

The office was closed during office hours and they did not notify anyone with an appointment causing people to waste time money and unnecessary exposure to the virus by being outside. And there were employees inside the office. They didn't even post a sign outside the looked door. Really? Not one person could do that? I had to run and catch one of the employees in the parking lot to ask what was going on.They need to step it up in view if the state of emergency we are in. I sent a message to the White House about this. It is unacceptable for a US office of that level to have such disregard to the very people they are supposed to be helping. Shame in them.

This place gets full real quick, and takes a long time for you to be called. Nevertheless if your local, hey why not save some gas. I just like coming here because mother brought me here since I was a kid, and I guess it just stuck to me.

WE arrived at 3 30pm they close doors at 4 and once u in they help u till 5pm,so we waited till almost 5 pm sitting, waiting, they called our number at 4 40 then the guy at window 12 told us he can't do the applicant for my disabled father because it was almost 5 .so why they let ppl in if they don't want to help. Careless ppl.

Security Guards are rude. The line outside takes an hour to get in then you wait another 2 hours inside for them to tell you they only take simple questions and concerns before 2pm. They act like they are bothered when we have a concern or question. Worst office ever! Wish I can give them a negative ud83cudf1f!
