Thy are open, went for a ss card replacement. However, you fill out a form and place in drop box. Then someone will call you to schedule an appointment so you can go in to show proof of forms. Ugh! This sucks. Security was very helpful though and nice.

No body pick up phone it say were busy then it hang up call two time and it said the same thing were busy and hang up i guess they sleep on job at home real bad loot but then again it downtown Fresno should expect it to be bad here

The amount of hoops you have to jump through to obtain an infant ssc is absurd. Even after sending a freshly paid for birth cert, kiaser card, and both parents socials and ID's they still require more. Its been 8 weeks of a proccess. They must hang out with everyone who works at EDD cause these people seem to work just as hard. This system is sad.

On a couple occasions they were very helpful. They cleared up my understanding that the calls I was getting stating that my ss# was getting frozen and I was going to be arrested for some BS, is a fraudulent call, The SS Administration don't even have the ability to freeze a number, They don't make phone calls to us regarding anything. They will send a letter with appropriate headers.nAnother time they actually filled out paperwork for me over the phone when I called them.nNow if they would've made an effort to help me figure out my situation of if I can get funds for my children due to the fact that we lost their mother/my wife, then i would gladly give them a 5 star.

The service here is VERY slow. I understand it's Monday, they should understand to have more associates working with customers who need to update their current social security card. I do not recommend this place to no one. They only have 7 windows only 5 are being used.

Be prepared to be checked and padded down as well as someone using the wand on you. You can definitely tell they take their security serious here. And as far as an entrance, it's one way in and one way out. The service is actually faster than any other office I've been to all over Fresno! Luckily they finally have Fulton St. Functioning correctly! Sidenote: If you play Pokemon Go, there is a gym literally where the sitting area is at! Have fun!

I work for ihss I take care of people for a live and one of my client had to go here and I told her to go a head and I will be right there. I get the the door and they won't let me in so I call my client to ask if they can let me in the said sorry you didn't walk in together so I'm not letting him in. How rude is that. I know your doing your job but your stopping me from doing mine.

Line was long but it moved quickly . The staff is amazing, they know what they are doing and they donu2019t waste your time. I went there at 8:46am stood in line and was out by 9:30am

Very racist officer. Specially the Mexican chubby girl with tattoos that acts like she was Gods gift to earth. I heard the Asian manager and security guards laughing at the fact that a lady had requested assistance in another language. there is a humane way of telling people they must bring an Intrrpreter. obviously the people at this office hate their job and life because they project hate and ignorance. The office is located at the Fulton mall, like hello you should expect more than 50 % of your customers to speak another language. Horrible horrible office.
