They are abruptly rude over the phone and seem to not want to answer my questions.nMy phone call is rushed and they use short irritated words.nItu2019s time to open the office back up.nnThe man I was on the phone with had a lot of child like noises in the background and his irritation is probably caused by this.nIu2019m not upset with the children, as I have one myself, but some of these at home workers need to be away from that in order to handle their job.nnIf the information he gave me was incorrect due to him rushing and not caring, it will affect literally everything for me, including having a roof over my head.nnThe jobs of social security are not meant to be rushed, itu2019s very serious.nAnd thereu2019s no place to have someone feeling invalidated about mail that was sent saying something is stopping (itu2019s not clear what it meant). They should be more understanding about their confusing mail.

Have called them several times over the course of two weeks and been hung up on every time but once. Once I finally got connected to someone who didn't hang up after a 20+ minute hold, he was incredibly abrasive and refused to answer the questions I had regarding the process.
