    Been trying to change my last name for months. With the office being closed itu2019s impossible to get anything done. Canu2019t reach anyone on the phone either. All contact has been made through letters. Should be something simple and easy to take care of but has been ridiculously difficult.

    Got told they not taking phone calls right now. My mom been waiting forever for her ssi that one of your employees screw up sending to old bank account that we told her that it been closed and we gave her the new bank info. We called againg and they said it they have it fix in time but here it is nov 8th and still no ssi. I had to pay her rent so that she didn't lose out and electric for the heat. She 66 with a body of 80 something. Shame on ya.

    I was in and out in under 20 minutes, the lady who helped me was very nice and very easy to talk to. She had my problems solved in just a few minutes and was very patient with me throughout the whole thing.

    If I could rate 0 stars I would long wait..Staff was absolutely rude rushed me off when I was filling in a form asked how long it was gonna take me.not to mention she called the guard while I was sitting there. Talk about nerve wrecking. Get this social security office under control....

    Wait time is horrible even when you are the only one there . Poor parking because there is a huge parking lot that is for employs only , and dont think you will call them because their phone number is unavailable to you and if you actually get a number for them they are slow to answer and slow to return calls.
