I have never had an issue at the office. Everyone is very helpful. I have gone to get financial documents while in college and I had a lot of questions that they were happy to help with. Since COVID-19, I have mailed a document to update my last name and they called me with an update within 3 days, which I wasn't expecting since I know they were really busy during that time. Highly recommend this office.

They never want to answer the phone. Some people are just rude and have attitudes. I don't see why you will have a attitude when you are supposed to be their to help someone. If you don't like your job then why not just leave. I'm just saying

I am super impressed at the responsiveness and promptness of our Social Security Office in Little Rock. I had to present my original documents as I had to make a change in one of my records. In three days I got a confirmation and my documents back. Thank you Ms. Gina for your help. Really happy!!!

The lady who assisted me at window 9 was considerate and helpful, and was able to resolve my issue quickly. The wait time has also improved dramatically since I came here a few years ago. Bring a book, though, because there is still usually a little line.

We had to visit the Social Security Dept. The office was clean and didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes. You have to go through a security check and metal detector to get into this building.nWe were lucky, the on street parking meter still had 48 minutes on the clock when we parked there, bonus :)

Terrance at window #6 was absolutely fantastic. He cares for the people who come to him and did more than he had to to help me properly. I am absolutely floored by the customer service here.

This is by far the worst social security place I've been too, when I went to bring in my paycheck stubs and one of the ladies at the window were so rude and disrespectful when I tried to show her my pay date. I have never had this kind of customer service treatment especially from social security administration, I would rather go to other social security offices like the one in Sherwood or points beyond than come to this one.
