My son's disability keeps getting cut off and for absolutely no reason. I'm getting overlapping paperwork to say send this in before such and such date, which I do, but 3 days later get another letter saying it's been suspended AGAIN. You can't get ahold of anyone the number just gives the busy signal. You can't go in to speak with someone face to face to ensure they got what was needed you just have to leave in the drop box and hope for the best. I'm really over it.

I've been disabled for 8 years or more and still haven't received a decision but I'm not blaming SSA, I'm blaming my lawyer and my wife's lawyer for slacking and being cheap and not wanting to do the paperwork and wanting us to do it. My wife got denied because my lawyer was not prepared when they went before the judge which he is retiring our lawyer that is and only working from home and used to be a very good lawyer in Hot Springs. But let me tell you I am giving Laura Martin a rave review two thumbs up for helping me out more than my lawyer and giving me a chance to do my second part of my second time appeal and she was very cordial and willing to help me just like when I went to get a copy of my birth certificate or rather my social security card they were very good to me but miss Laura Martin I want to thank you for being cordial nice and very very helpful to me over the phone and you done more for me than my lawyer has done in the last 5 years or 6 years maybe closer to 7 and I just wanted to let you know that there are some good workers in the hot springs social security office this lady really helped me and I would recommend her to anybody thank you Ms Laura Martin for everything you've done for me and I will be talking to you soon. Their employees are very rude I was told that I was yelling because they wanted me to break the law a federal building wanted me to break the law by leaving my driver's license there and driving without a license and they lost my children's paperwork for the social security cards

I called and was on hold 40 minutes when the cell was canceled. They are not that busy. Typical government bureaucrats...all I need is a reissue of my social security card I lost. the covid is not the cause of this delay in response...its the workers...government workers who work for me..what do I have to be?? An illegal alien to get services??

Nobody in this office works! They do nothing but harass disabled people. They lie and fraudulently sign you up for direct express without your permission. Then they refuse to send you a direct express card for weeks. They refuse to tell you the name of your case worker so nobody can be held responsible. The whole office should be investigated for its incompetence.

Iu2019m writing this for my brother who used Hot Springs to get a new social security card that was lost. After normally using Pine Bluff location seems like he wasnu2019t getting the help needed. After going through social security office in Hot Springs all was done with a phone call and he promptly got his new card within a week. Kudos to the staff at hot Springs office

Super frustrated at how Rude the so called management team is here ud83eudd26 I'm trying to complete a very simple process and because they're computer shows the name of my doctor's hospital as they city and state of my birth instead of the actual city and state (clearly they're mistake) I had a supervisor get very rude with me on the phone and demand I send all my info (ID, SS, Birth certificate) in the mail to them so they can confirm... HELLO!? What am I supposed to do without my identification while you figure it all out? What if something happens to it? Your phone line clearly says you are open by appointment only but when I ask for one so I don't have to mail my info you tell me your closed to the public?

Called today (2/7/2020) for help completing a form for my dad. The lady I spoke with started out friendly and helpful, but after about 5 minutes, she became rude and hung up on me. All I needed was help completing a form. I didnu2019t need sass. Next time I phone the office, Iu2019ll be asking for her supervisor.

nobody answers the phones EVER in order to get somebody it's a hit and miss. there has been only two people who have ever acted like they give a darn and the others just act as if you're an inconvenience to them

Much need to disassociate with Direct Express they have poor customer service and are not answering calls over the past two weeks. My family cannot pay our rent until we can order a new card to get our benefits! Very dangerous!

I went in for an emergency disability check, since they,(the SSA Administration themselves had inadvertently caused my check to be mailed to a address that they picked and basically made my check get sent there,in Springfield, Missouri). They took no responsibility, and then they even tried to say I maybe trying to get over on them.... Some kind of scam!?!? I've been homeless all month and now this? I have no idea what I'll do....the Hot Springs SSA Administration is a heartless, judgemental group of folks. May the Holy Spirit change that part of them and may God forgive and bless them, and me too. In Jesus name.

I've call left messages with my case handler for the last 2weeks. I haven't received a phone call yet. I called her supervisor left a message still no phone called returned. What's the point of having a answering machine. Yall dont answer the phone or return calls.

90 degrees, not allowed inside where there is AC and a large sitting area?nOnly five people are allowed in at one time. It sounds arbitrary.nI don't think they thought this though. They put the security guard in charge. What could go wrong?
