A collection of some of the dumbest people to walk the face of the earth. It is a disservice to the public that I am forced to even give them one star. They have absolutely no empathy, understanding, or ounce of intelligence. Do they care I have sleepless nights about their lack of competence? Of course they donu2019t! I just wish they could put themselves in my shoes. I often wonder how they can be so cruel and heartless. Maybe one day they will understand they are public servants and not God. Oh well. I guess I will just suffer.

Hadn't heard from SS after filing in December so I called Salinas,CA to check status. Salinas office said they would forward to FS office. Called today and spoke to Sarah, aka Skip.nSkip was very kind and beyond helpful. She listened to my issue and said she would investigate and call me back. Less than an hour she called back, asked a few questions then processed my claim.nVery pleased with the customer service, efficiency and willingness to help. 5 Stars!

I canu2019t get in to be helped because of Covid which Iu2019m fine with that, but whatu2019s the point of having a drop box if you lock the door to get to it. Thereu2019s a set of inner and outer doors. They should just lock the inner if theyu2019re going to have the drop box behind the outer

Wish we were allowed to give no stars. These people, if that's what you call them, have no regard for their own laws or the laws of mankind. They will eat you alive, spit you out, and stomp on you and laugh. I work with insurance and patients for a living. I almost worked for social security doing the very thing they do but turned the job down so I know exactly what their laws are plus some of them are stated on their pamphlets and letters they send you. But they don't just NOT abide by them, they corrupt them to the very core of humanity. They will make a person suicidal and laugh and spit in their face. And this doesn't just come from me. It comes from a lot of people I know too. They are pure evil and they should be shut down. And I have reported them to state and national officials they just have their hands full with the new administration right now. It makes me literally literally sick how stupid they are.

Horrible horrible place to even call!! You on hold for at least two hours. The staff are very rude or you might get hung up on. Not informing most likely you will be told to just come in, then set for another two hours. Would give no stars if possible. They either need to fix the many issues or just fire everybody who works there. ud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffc

The people are very rude they dont care about anybody and they like to take money from poor social security resipeants when they owe people money they take their time getting it to them but when you owe them they are in a hurry to get it back no sepenthy no heart and they cant do their job they like to blame the customers for their mistakes

So... We finally found our check stubs from 2 years ago after 3 months. We found them 3 weeks ago as of yesterday and they've been turned in since then as well. I've called repetitively this 3 weeks, and we even went up there once, and all they did was leave a note on our caseworkers desk. My 7 year old autistic son has went almost 4 months without medication, therapy, doctor checkups, etc. Why can't I get through to these people??? Why won't my son's caseworker not get back to us???

Called to inquire what to do as my SS number was involved in a recent hack, being 62 I was worried someone would file under my name, a completely unhelpful individual, devoid of motivation, related there was no mechanism to flag my SS number, nothing they could (or would) do proactively........ amazing our new normal........
