I have been calling for 3 months and each time the wait is minimum of 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes their system hangs up. How hard is it to answer the phone?

At least 1 male rep at this office treats people as if he is personally offended you recieve benefits. Trys to make you feel terrible about yourself for receiving ssi. Asks very personal questions and scoffs at the answers, continuously hinting that everyone is frauding the system in some way.

Wonderful employees. Smiling and helpful. Easy to get in and out. I was here during the government shutdown in January 2018 and the employees were working even though not getting paid. Unfortunately due to the government shutdown they couldnu2019t finish my business, but it wasnu2019t their fault here in the local office.
