After 3 years I still have not received my $80,000 back pay. Now dds is terrorizing me and my friend with stage 4 liver cancer by sending her copies of their harassment letters.nAfter driving 4 hours to deliver the mail, she had to get a blood transfusion. Disabilityn(De)= remove)(termination) = to terminate your benefits. A law suit is right around the corner.

Went to this office and was greeted by a very pleasant security guard. Had some questions for the first agent which were answered so efficiently that I decided to sign up for my social security right then. I was told to go back to lobby and would be called back by second agent in about 15 minutes. I had not even taken a seat when my number was already called. Application was done quickly by a very nice and professional lady! Could not have been happier to have been in and out of this office in less than an hour and did not have an appointment even! Thank you!

I have gone in 2 times in a month and 3 weeks to the office located in show low to check on my social security card and the first time I went in they said they were waiting on a paper from me so I went back that same day and turned it in. A month later I go in to see the status and the woman in charge of my case hasn't done anything with my info so pissed but calm I tell them that I understand so they say they are going to call me if they can't find my paper work. I leave and go back three weeks later and the lady tells me that my information was barley sent 11 days ago and I'm like really????? If there was another place I could go or another person to have done the process I I would have done it in a heartbeat.

This place is the WORST of WORST!!! EXPECT NOTHING TO GET DONE.... EVER!!!!nI was actually told by my worker 1 1/2 years ago that she didnu2019t have time to work on my case because Trump said she had to spend all her time on walk ins and had no time to work on my case. Since that time 2 years later to date she has done nothing and remains extremely confused about the $ aspect. WOW! Iu2019d give zero stars! SHOW LOW OFFICE!!!!

I went in during the hours they were supposed to be open but door was locked. There were several people standing around outside, but everyone left after half an hour. There was no explanation why it was closed or when it would be back open. It took 3 trips to find someone to talk to, then I was given incorrect information about signing up for Medicare. Took me weeks and many hours on phone to reverse their mistake. I was not pleased with this office and the unprofessional way it was run.

I've been to this office twice to work out issues like retiring, and they have been very efficient and courteous - especially so for an Office of Central Government. Except for the mandatory 20 minute initial wait, everything went smoothly.

The wait was a bit long when it seemed like no one else was there. But when I was seen the staff were very eager to help me and answered all my questions.

This office is absolutely horrible. I've been trying to get them to fix my direct deposit since September of 2016. I don't know what these people do, but obviously it isn't their jobs.
