I applied for a card here in February. I had a different life growing up than most, and a couple other offices I checked out either had bad reviews and wouldn't answer their phone, or couldn't help me multiple times. Patty was well studied and was able to help me. This 5 star is for her

I've worked several years in customer service, so I know some of the tricks people like to play while on the phone. I've called this office 3 times and the first time the man answered and dismissed me in a rush saying he needed to transfer me to a different dept_ for a name change. But when he does my call gets disconnected. I call again, wait and the music/promps stop . I continue to ask if anyone is there etc. No answer then when it gets to 14 or so mins it hangs up. Finally get helped on my 3rd attempt. I really believe some worker(s) are answering the phones, muting themselves and hanging up because this not only happened to me but my husband as well.

I have been calling leaving messages with both Kimberly and Miss Diaz and nobody is getting back in contact with me I'm about to be homeless and my phone was shut off on Friday does anybody know how to make an appointment... Life seems hopeless

They are very rude here. I was asked to mail my original passport to get my son social security card. They lost my passport and now I am stuck having to apply for a new one. They claim it was mailed Aug 24th.....I live 30mins from this location, so I know it wouldn't have taken 2wks to get it. Also when I asked.if she can prove it was mailed, she said they don't have a way to do that

They don't want to see or help you!nThe man told my son that his birth certificate was useless- then after NOT helping him get a REPLACEMENT ssi card , he told him he didn't know how to fix the problem andGood Luckand hung up.

There is one man who always answers the phone . Same person is all the time . Every time we call it feels like he satisfies that he canu2019t help . Itu2019s like his goal is to say no to everything . Absolutely helpless . For example I received letter from them asking me specific actions and I did those actions according that letter , 2 weeks later I call to find out the status of that letter and the same man who answering the phone canu2019t even find that letter . If you can , pls contact smbd else but not this office .

They have the wrong birthday for me told me just to send in my birth certificate and when I did they sent it back ripped and now they want me to send that and my driver license in saying it's not a dire need case and that I don't need my driver's license. I can't do taxes until they fix my birthday

I have never had such smooth experience since I moved to Casa Grande 8 years ago. Things just don't seem to go smoothly anymore, makes you wonder what has happened to us. But Social Security in the Casa Grande Office went very well. Nice work to all of the men and women there.

So rude. Rules only apply to certain people. They spelled my son's name wrong. They spelled the street address wrong. At the time I only noticed the street spelled wrong. I was shaking so bad because of the encounter I could focus(and I finished a red bull). I went back in and the guard said the manager isn't here.i said I just spoke with her. He begrudgingly put down his sandwiche to call her. The lady said is everything right on the paper. I said Idk I'm shaking so bad because of our encounter. Only then did she let me write his ss number down. Wtf

I am pretty sure you shouldnu2019t be shaking your head, rolling your eyes, and giving unsolicited opinionated advice to people going through hardships. Extremely unprofessional. The lady literally threw her head back and made a huge groan when the Internet went down. She also made fun of who my mother in law was married to. Unacceptable and unbelievable in a government office..
